About Our Mold Remediation Process:
First, we always provide a free estimate of every job. While inspecting the jobsite for the estimate, we provide detailed steps the owner should take, explain our process in detail, and ensure the customer has all the information they need.
If you accept our services, we'll schedule a date to start that works best for you. On the day of the job, we'll arrive on time fully prepared, and immediately start working. We typically advise that any area recieving mold treatment has all items or clutter fully removed to avoid possible damage.
We first lay down sheets of plastic to protect your floors while we work. Then we'll start bringing in our materials and equipment.
If it's an attic remediation, we'll set up a ladder if needed, and fully suit up before heading into the attic with any equipment we need. Lastly, we'll seal up the entrance to stop any chemicals from seeping below!
First we'll spray the entire attic with a mold cleaner which removes any mold and wood staining the mold caused. Next, we'll spray of coat of Shockwave solution that kills any mold spores. Lastly, we'll spray lockdown, a sealer which prevents mold from growing back.
Lastly, we'll pack up all of our equipment, and remove the plastic sheets. At the end of it all, we hand you the invoice which officially states the that the job has been completed, and accept either cash or check as payment!
