2. Scheduling at Your Convenience

Once you approve our services, we'll work with you to schedule a start date that’s most convenient for you. On the day of the job, we’ll arrive on time and fully prepared to begin work immediately.

3. Preparing Your Home or Business

To protect your property, we will:

Lay down protective plastic sheets to safeguard floors
Remove any obstacles or clutter that could hinder the remediation process

It’s important that any area receiving mold treatment is clear of personal items to avoid potential damage. We’ll guide you on what to move before we arrive.

4. Remediation Process

If the mold is in the attic, we’ll take extra precautions:

Set up a ladder (if needed) and suit up in protective gear
Seal off the entrance to prevent contaminants from spreading

We follow a three-step treatment process:

Step 1: Apply a powerful mold cleaner to remove mold and wood staining.
Step 2: Treat the area with Shockwave, a solution that kills remaining mold spores.
Step 3: Apply Lockdown, a sealer to prevent mold from returning.

5. Completion & Final Inspection

Once the work is done, we’ll:

Carefully remove all equipment and protective plastic sheets
Provide you with an invoice, marking the job as complete
Accept payment via cash or check
